Well there are more girls and chances in some of the things i'll list.
1.from your female friends
2.Instagram, search for the hashtag "snapchat" or ask girls that dont have too many followers, girls with more followers tend to be arrogant and not reply
3. Facebook, ask

Make sure you arent creepy while asking. Say if your on a photo of a girl and you know she has snap chat, dont just say "do you have snapchat?, whats your snapchat?"
Make sure you first give her compliment on her photos. For example "wow thats an awesome tattoo, i have snapchat, i can show you some of mine too" or "lol your dog is so funny, why would he lick your foot? My cousins/me dog always does wierd stuff too. I'll snapchat you some crazy stuff, whats your snapchat?"

If she gets rude or blunt and asks why you dont just post it on twitter/facebook/instagram, tell her people complain when you used to or something. Or if you know she has common interest or if shes into sports, animals, tats whatever, just let her know you can be friendly and send pics of that to her privately.
