I'm really really shy:(?

I really like this boy and apparently he likes me too but I doubt it because we hardly talk. The most we talk is over BBM or Facebook. Anyway, have you got any tips on trying to be more confident in speaking to him? He's always with a group of friends and it's even harder to try and talk to him. Although, at break times he always goes to the library like me, so that would be a good time to talk to him but I don't want it to be awkward..

First things first. You a girl, so it's actually easier for you to keep being yourself and be shy. Commonly known, guys would be the first to initiate it. So i highly suggest, to let him do it.
If you can't wait that long, then help the process of giving more obvious hints in showing/telling him, you like him more than a friend.

Now i know it's 21st century and everything, and it would be nice and amazing for a girl to ask a guy out for a change. But since your shy, it's who you are. So let him ask you out.

You just help him in that way, unless you can bring the courage to ask him instead

Me tooo I'm so shy.... I had a similar situation so what i did was stare at him lol and made sure he caught me starring.not in a creepy way though. Hah I would also smile at him.. Then eventually he asked me out. Yay. But it did take time for him to ask. We've been dating for 3 months now. Good luckkkk
