it may have to do with what country you live in... or maybe your account was suspended... you need to provide many more details to get the type of help you seek

Either you are locked out of your account
Or you have a cheap wifi ( try connect to a better wifi network ) Or you are banned from Facebook Or someone tried to go to your account and Facebook blocked that person from going to your account and you can't go on Facebook app. You have to go to Safari and change your password You need more details |
