Why can't my friend see my facebook profile?

One of my close friends is saying he can't see my facebook profile, when he tries going on it it says unavailable every time and its really annoying because he can't comment on nothing, the thing is we got each other on facebook I can see his profile clearly but he can't see mine. Does anyone know how can I solve this problem. Step by step would be great. Thanks!

First of all you can't hide your Profile Picture it must be available and apparent to all your friends and unfriends as well.

Account ---> Privacy settings ---> Sharing on Facebook ---> Customize settings ---> Things I share --->
Posts by me ---> Friends only

Things others share ---> Can comment on posts ---> Friends only

Friends can post on my Wall ---> Friends only
