I want new friends but im shy?

I'm 21 I'm married I have a kid. My friends are not like me. I can't hang with then. Always busy. Some ppl are weird that I wouldn't wanna kick it with. I'm very down to earth. I need a good friend. Mainly female. Someone that will acually care about how I'm doing. I have that but she's so busy with college and family its hard to hang out. How can I make friends. I just stopped getting on facebook yesterday. I'm in college too online. But that's it.

I am similar person, never opened till 27 years. Circumstances forced me to do business. In business i should meet clients so i habituated to talk with people. Now my mother get surprising with my talking skills. Now i am counselling for youth.
