Facebook Proxy website that actually works!?
My work recently blocked access to facebook and any websites that include games, video sharing, humor. I am looking for a proxy that actually works. I've tried a bunch and instead of facebook its mobile facebook and it STILL wont let me log on. Also most web addresses that even say proxy, or facebook are blocked like proxymice.com, facebookproxy.com. Does anyone else know a site or adress that will actually work?
even sites like youtube, addictinggames, tumblr, picture sites are all blocked as well

most schools and employers use software now that can detect a proxy site being used, because it's a fairly simple thing to detect

it has nothing to do with the name of the proxy site

there is no way around it - your best bet is to just use your cellphone to be on facebook at work

Proxies are major sources of malware and ways hackers can use your computer for their purposes. Using them is really really risky. You may already have malware or bots on your computer form using it.

Buy a good VPN.

Whatever you do don't fall for the bogus review on the so called best VPN review sites. They are all scams where the best reviewed VPN's are the ones that pay the review site the most money. Even the customer reviews on these sites are phoney.

Also fancy VPN sites with instant gratification and setup are subject to getting hacked, like purevpn did last month. Customer emails and names were stolen and used by the hackers.

Stick with a company that emphasizes security and network protection.

It's so refreshing to see that there is someone (you) out there who really doesn't need her job! If you really did need this job, you wouldn't be trying to get around your employer's blocks.

If you are going to all of these sites, when do you have time to actually work?!?!?! Oh...wait....you don't!! That's why your employer blocked those sites!

Don't worry about beating the system because you really will lose your job if you do. Wait until you get home to do all those "fun" internet things like play games, shop, watch videos, etc. If you have a job where you have a lot of free time, then might I suggest you read a book or a magazine?

I’d suggest a Personal VPN service http://www.surfbouncer.com

Which can be as cheap as 4 bucks a month

As a small business owner, I see only one true, responsible adult comment here and that is Michael (though he is a bit sarcastic).

I have hired quite a few high school/college aged kids to work in my store. There are times during the day when there are very few customers around, so I told my staff that they could feel free to go online if all other work is done (folding clothes, cleaning out dressing rooms, etc). What happened was that not only didn't the stocking, folding and straightening up get done, but customers were forced to wait while the cashier finished his or her game.

After many complaints, I was forced to block these sites. When the same thing happened because employees were using their phones, I was then forced to make a "no cellphone" policy. Not only has production gone up, but now I have employees that I know are there to work and not play games or take care of personal business at my expense.

Anyone trying to use a proxy or VPN on my time will be terminated immediately. No loss to me...I can find someone who will follow my rules. I sign the paychecks, I make the rules. It's that simple.
