Guy I'm dating is showing a different, nasty side?
Been dating a guy who seems lovely and is always complementing me. However sometimes he'll just come out with things that take me off guard. It's like Jekyll and Hyde. For example he said that his friend always 'pulls fat chicks..' and when telling me his friends dog drowned his response was to laugh. I've just been so in shock at these random outburst that I've not really took them seriously. He also has starting disrespecting random people on the street, like saying unnecessary nasty things.

I recently found his Twitter and theres various comment about him disrespecting celebrity women's looks.. Saying they need to 'sort their legs out' and they'd be 'awful to wake up to after a one night stand as they scrub up well but are disgusting I'm the morning'. I don't even know who this guy is or whether I should take these as light hearted jokes or not? I'm very turned off by this, especially considering he'd been intimate with me. Where has this other side come from..

He sounds like he may have a severe case of being bipolar or worse. It's a definate psych issue that he needs to realize he has and seeks help.

If he's that bad off, count your losses and move on... especially if he won't seek the help he needs. He can't take care of you if he doesn't take care of himself.

Good luck.

lol you listed a bunch of totally nasty mean things he said, I'll admit...

But how is "pulling fat chicks" a nasty or dark side? LMAO EVERYBODY SAYS THAT.

I'm the coolest chilliest guy and I've even dated chubby girls myself. But come on.

The only guys who don't say that is guys who are forced to only date chubby girls. Sorta like how the only girls who don't diss short guys is the girls who can't get a successful cool AND tall guy- same difference.

You can't say women saying shallow things is ok, but men saying it is oh so terrible. That's called "sexism".

"Been dating a guy who seems lovely and is always complementing me."

Of course, to get in your pants.. and as you can see ..it works just fine..he sses you need for validation and attention and exploits it..

"Where has this other side come from.."

There is no other side.. how can I be tactful.. 1, 2, 3 ..

Well. I can't.. He is a jerk that treats YOU well, but no one else.. and guess why that is..(hint, to get sex)

Try dismissing his compliments jokingly, try resisting his charms a bit, soon the real person (not the part YOU WISH to see) will come in true colours.
