Facebook Timeline posts not showing up on my profile?

Here's some insight into my issue -

I'll make a status - it can be anything I post. Sometimes, the status will show up on my Timeline (other times, it won't). However, it always shows up on the News Feed page.

When I'm on a mobile device (tested on an iPhone 4S, iPod Touch 3rd Gen, and iPad 2, all on the most recent software/firmware updates for both iOS and Facebook's App) the statuses/posts show up properly and can be seen from my Timeline.

I have tested this issue on Google Chrome (version 17.0.963.56 m), Mozilla Firefox (version 10.0.2), and Internet Explorer 9 on three different computers (all of which are running Windows 7 64-bit).

This issue is only happening to my account - I have tested other family member's posts on their own walls and their messages appear normally, both with/without Timeline.

Is this issue just a new Facebook feature that I'm unaware of? I've read about Facebook's algorithm that decides what to display on walls, but this doesn't seem to pertain to others and their walls.

"Facebook's algorithms only apply to the main newsfeed (Home) page if you sort by "Top Stories" instead of "Most Recent". Posts and comments disappearing and reapparing in profiles is a known issue and is being worked on. Facebook is currently having technical issues converting all the remaining profiles over to Timeline format."

I'm giving you best answer as you have been the only person this weekend to give me a solid answer that in some way relates to my issue and makes sense. Thanks for the help! I guess I'll wait it off on my alt. account.
