How do I stop getting Twitter updates from people that post on other peoples Twitter?
On Twitter I follow Justin Bieber (Dont hate) & when I get updates on it, it also gives me updates on my timeline of what his fans tweet him. How can I make it so I only get HIS tweets & not his fans?

I'm going to guess what you're seeing is post from fans that he is retweeting? Following a user doesn't make their follower's post appear in your timeline.
