Is this considered stalking or not?
My friend was In love with this woman, she was older than him, he knew her from work, he found her on facebook and realised from that that she had kids, which put him off because he is not ready for that, hes not even sure he wants that at all, is that considered stalking?
Looking at your crush's facebook page and pictures she had uploaded?, it made him realise that she wasn't the one for him, now he can be forever alone as he says is there any crime here Ads |

Facebook is a public social network. If she has her profile set to "public", that's wide open for anyone to see. No crime there.

No - there is nothing wrong with a little research, it helped him make up his mind.
Stalking would be going back to her page, when she didn't want him there, or following her around and not leaving her alone, showing up at places she might show up at. |

It sounds to me like just getting to know her and she may have given him her FB ID or suggested it was ok and no it is not stalking. He discovered information she may not have been forthcoming about from the start and he seems to have made a decision about not continuing a relationship.
