iPhone in America vs. The iPhone in England.?

Are there difference between iPhone in American and iPhones in England? I recently saw a picture that someone posted on Instagram (they live in England) 'm not sure which iPhone it was I think It was the iPhone 5 and it look like there's 2 headphone jacks on the bottom on the phone...

Physically they are the same. Should have shown that picture to verify.

Most will have your standard 3.5mm headphone jack. If it does have a second there is another type of headphone jack and port for a less used type. Not sure what it is called though.
