Facebook for Android installed on desktop version of FB but I own an iPhone?

Hi, I have an iPhone and I use both Facebook for iPhone and I go on Facebook on my laptop as well. When I logged into Facebook on my laptop, it said on the side that one of the apps I'm using is "facebook for android" and that I used it this past Wednesday. I don't own an android, and never have. I didn't access Facebook on any android on Wednesday. Is there some kind of glitch that could be the reason for this app being installed? Or is someone accessing my account on their android phone?
