feeling guilty not sad?

Hi. (15 years old)
Its so strange, i seem to feel guilty when i am really sad. A while ago when i admitted my crush to a girl only to find she does not care about me at all, I just felt guilt, just a burning/ adrenaline type feeling in my stomach. Also she de activated her Facebook account and i felt this same feeling as if I was really really nervous. She re activated her account again a few weeks ago, ( have not been depressed since) any one els have this or can explain? thanks
