I'm interested to convert my facebook buisness page into a group without loosing any member , post or photo.Is it possible?

You can't. You can make a new Facebook group but you would loose all your members, posts and photos.
Groups and pages have different purposes on Facebook. Groups are for interactions and discussions. Pages are mostly for fans.
