Instagram Hashtags Not Working?

They used to work, and I would get 20+ likes on them. No, my account is not set to private. No, I don't need to reinstall Instagram I've tried it twice. No its not because of too many hashtags. They show up but they just don't work. It's working on my other account but not on my personal account. Please help? It's driving me crazy.
