is it normal for the galaxy tab 3 7.0 to be supper slow?

i just got the galaxy tab 3 7.0 and its supper slow like, it takes 5 whole seconds to go to home from settings and its not fluid att all,the scrowling in facebook,youtube and google chrome is supper not fluid and i want to know if thats a problem from the tab or if thats how all the galaxy's tab 3 7.0 are like that, and what should i do to fix it if its possible o and i already ended all the apps and as soon as i did all the apps started opening again and they would not close again, what should i do i need help,should i return the tab or try to fix it???

Just uninstall the apps you dont use. Most of the background apps take all the RAM and thus slowing down your tablet!
