I don't know what to do with my friend?

One of my friend lets call her Jess. Said that my friend that is ignoring me like likes me. We are both girls. But lately I feel have been that she is ignoring me and hanging out with her other friend. When I call her she all way has her other friends there and says she can talk. Maybe she embarrasses about liking me? I want to talk about that with her. I don't want to talk about it in class because i don't want to make her feel even more embarrassed because there is a lot of people around.I don't want to say something on Facebook because to me it seems that i can like hide be-hide the internet She also been dating this guy of and on. When he is not dating my friend he's dating this other girl. And they both hate each other. The other girl say like thing be-hide my friend back. So my friend goes to the counselor when we have time together in school. I don't really get why she is dating people if she likes me. One time we had an assembly at school and she had a boyfriend. Her boyfriend was my childhood friend so i felt kind of weird and jealous. I felt jealous because he doesn't talk to me now. But being the nice person I am, I try to start a conversation and be nice. And my friend just ignored me and talk to her others friends and boyfriend. I just sat there and watched the assembly. When it was over i kind of stayed, but she just left with her friends.

I would say that we are touchy and have some skin-ship. We have been friends since six grade and now we are in nine grade. We are kind of are best friends. I can never talk to her on the phone because she always has friends over. When every I ask her if she can come over to my house or can I come to her house, she say to call her or something else, like she has to something with her mom. I don't know what to do. Should I say something about her liking me in class or should I say something on Facebook?

I would just ignore it and act like normal. If she really does like you, it will just be awkward and embarrassing for her if you confront her, and if she hasn't come out as anything, it could be very scary and traumatising.
It's not causing you any bother, and if you don't like her back then eventually she'll get over you (which is probably what she's trying to do if she's ignoring you) you just need to give her time.
And as for her dating other people? It's completely natural for someone to be attracted to more than one person, and have crushes on multiple people. Either that or she could be trying to move on from you. Either way, it's her business, and you should just leave her be.
