How to get unbanned from Instagram?

Recently, approximately two weeks ago, all my instagram activities seemed to be banned, I cannot follow/unfollow, like or pretty much do anything else. I can sign in, my account has not been banned. but every time i try to do one of those things, a blank page comes up and i have no option but to go back. any ideas of how to fix this ?

Umm well two options make a new one or im assuming your high school age like me stop posting half naked pics of your self
