How can i punishd against a fb user?

Dear fnds,
This is 4 ur inform that someone creat a fake facebook id with using my name ,photo etc.kindly suggest how can i delet this id from facebook group or is there any solutiön regarding the same.

If you don't have a Facebook account then you have to file an First information Report (FIR) and rest is done by police.
If you have an account on Facebook then
1 Go to the timeline
2 Click the and then select Report/Block
3 Select Submit a Report
4 Choose This person is impersonating someone
5 Follow the on-screen directions to complete your report
And then Facebook delete that profile/account after some time (if you want it to delete faster ask as many friends on Facebook to report/block that profile)

Report to Facebook is the best option. If Facebook Admin find that account as fraud, they will suspend it and ask to submit some ID Proof. I am sure he have not your ID proof.
