Surely that depends on your target audience. If you are trying to sell to teenagers and adults up to their early thirties then I'd probably go with Facebook.

Depends on your target audience, and its location. If its in the paper it will be more targetted, since naturally people look up the classified section when they are looking for something.

Facebook isn't for every business, you should review your listings and decide to publish in one of those "house listing" magazine, those you saw in the grocery stores or bus stops. Because the ppl who pick up a copy means they are interested in those. This is your target audience.

Newspaper is good but you can't show too much information on the houses, it is more for open house on sunday 10-4pm.

Get your own website if you have one, and have a function, that ppl who likes your listings can send you an email to make appointment etc. Or anything comes up in certain area, then you will send them the listing first, so they can preview it before it hits the MLS.

The newspaper is the better way to go. Usually on facebook or anywhere on the internet, internet users disregard the ads online because there are so many of them that interfere with the time they use online that they image it out. and in the newspaper you are more likely to get more advertisement feedback because people who read the newspaper will be more likely to be actually searching for office spaces because that is the general place people look for when searching for office space. But a better idea would be to host your advertisement on a local news website in your area that lets you put in classifieds and etc

i think facebook is better. Though facebook is full of youth, there still are business men there who are looking for such services.Number of people on facebook would see your services out numbers those who would read about your product in the news papers.
