Why Isn't Instagram Letting Me Sign In????? Help?

I just logged out of my account then when i tried logging back in, it said 'Your account has been disabled due to terms of service violations:'. And I PROMISE you that my account was a FANPAGE for One Direction!!!!! It had no nudity whatsoever. And then when i couldn't get into my own account i used my cousin's account and it DIDN'T LET ME. It was my cousin's account too!!!!Then i told my cousin to go on my account on her iPod and it LET her sign in!!! I was starting to think that it was my Ipod. So i deleted it then reinstalled it again. It still didn't work ((. I even tried emailing the 'Instagram help' website but those bastards never answered. Can someone please help me? Or at least tell me a free photo editing good app that you use other than instagram? thanks xx
