I've tried deleting and redownloading but the same issue occurs

trust me, that happens all the time in BFBC2,

live with it, thats all i can say,
BF is a good game.....when you can actually play it without failing to connect to EA online.....

Sometimes, servers for games get real glitchy. Don't have anything against the game, though. Maybe the reason its pretty lagged up is that its an awesome game and so much people want to get a taste of the multiplayer before the full game comes out. Don't redownload it so much, either. There's nothing wrong with the game, just so many people think the game's boss. Its gonna be so much better than MW3.
