NEW INSTAGRAM 4.0 VIDEO?
I have the Samsung ace 2 and cant seem to download the new Instagram with video?! Is anyone else having the same difficulties?!

I know the new Instagram 4.0 needs updating every time on my iPhone I try and upload a video it says failed I try and do it again but it says the same thing! It is frustrating.
