Delete a facebook account that has no admin?
So theres this problem but to cut to the chase I really need to know how to delete a facebook account that has no admin or creater. Is there a way to make myself admin and then delete it? Any help to get rid of the group would be appreciated.
and I do have to account of the person who created it and the password, the thing is it was a fake account that the group was made on, and then i deactivated the account. After i decided i wanted to delete the account i logged back on but now it says that there is no admin.

If you really want to cut all your ties with FB, and not leave any trace behind you, well, this very subject was dealt with recently by "Computeractive" Magazine. (It's a UK magazine, in case you don't live in the UK.) "Computeractive" pointed out that if you follow the usual process of deleting a FB account, the account disappears from your PC screen, but all the settings and personal information are put into cold storage by Facebook, just in case you might want to reactivate it later on. If you don't like the idea of your personal info being available to someone, you might like to try the following. "Computeractive" Magazine said, in the issue of 19.03.- 01.04.2009: (1) go to the main Facebook page and then click the Help link. When the page opens, type "delete" into the search box at the top and then press Return. After a moment, Facebook will display a set of instructions that explain what to do and what happens to the account. Read these carefully and then proceed by clicking the "here" link at the end of the paragraph. (2) At the next screen, click the Submit button to continue and then at the next screen, type in the password associated with the account that's going to be deleted and then type in the required capture words. This is now the last chance to cancel. Still want to delete the Facebook account? Click the Okay button and after a moment the Permanently Delete Account dialogue box appears. Click Okay to finish up. Note that Facebook still retains the data for a further 14 days. Don't log on during that period and on day 15 the data gets zapped - forever.
Well, that's what the magazine said about deleting a Facebook account. I'm not on FB, so I haven't tried it, but "Computeractive" is very reliable with its advice, so I have no reason to think that these instructions won't work. Best of luck.
