Quick flash of blue only on certain pages on Facebook?

I don't think that this is the blue screen of death, but when I view pages that I admin on Facebook, I will get just below the Cover photo and it will quickly flash blue. It doesn't happen on other pages.I've never had this happen before so could someone possibly answer this for me, please? Thanks in advance.

It's possible it's just bad coding on some of the pages and some background colour is just coming up before the rest of the screen.

I would not think it was your computer or it would be happening in more than just Facebook.
