Facebook status comments email notifications :)....?

My friend was wondering and asks:
Is there a way to stop all the e-mails, like when some randomer comments YOUR status', it sends me an e-mail.. why would I WANT to know? 'Cause I don't know about this Facebook thing.. =/

Do you get what she means? Like when you comment on the status, you then start getting emails, notifying you that someone else has commented on that status, and you don't really want to know or get an email about it.

Settings > Notifications tab

simply follow the link and tick yes or no next to each whether you want or not the email notification for the specific thing

Yes go to settings and you can turn on and off what you want emails for
