Can't see facebook messages, anyone can help?

Help needed with facebook. Me n my friend can't see each others messages in a chat window until we refresh the page. It makes any discussion almost impossible or at least terribly inconvenient. This started to happen as soon as we got our new laptops, which are exactly the same model and that's the only possible reason we could think of. If anyone could share any solution i'd be really grateful. Cheers.

Try downloading a different browser like mozilla firefox or google chrome. If your using internet explorer thats why you are having problems.

Use a better browser like Firefox or chrome and use highspeed internet
