Please Help, Moto X Phone by Verizon?
I have a new moto x phone, and on the front top, by the ear piece there is a camera on the right, and on the other side is also something... but I have NO idea what it is, any help please?
also is there any way you can turn on blinking notification lights like on the older droid, where it would blink blue if it was facebook, yellow for snap chat, green for text message? Ads |

that something is nothing but the light sensor (also known as the proximity sensor). it turns off the screen as soon as ur ear covers that area during a call to avoid accidental touches on the screen with ur cheek.
im not sure bout the led notification but it has an awesome feature called as the active notifications. it turns on the screen everytime u pickup the phone. it uses ur proximity sensor and turns on the screen to pop up a little notification icon on the screen. its kind of smart! hope this helps Ads |

there is a low battery LED and probably a face detecting sensor. There are apps that will allow you to customize LED colors in the Google Play store. Also all the individual apps have their settings options where you can customize the kind of notification you want. Good luck.
