What is going on with facebook page?

i recently created i facebook page URL facebook.com/MakkarInstitute before achieving its mandatory 25 likes, but fortunately i got done that with this page .. But the problem it's not opening publically WHY, i have my same personal SEO facebook page https://www.facebook.com/seowebsocialmedia but it's working fine so why that's NOT ..
it's just so frustrating me . .
help me in order to get that URL running fine . .thanks in advance

First you should choose "Use Facebook as" your page, and then go to https://www.facebook.com/pages/edit/ to check out if "Unpublish page (only admins can see this page)" option is chosen or not. If it is chosen, uncheck it and then Save Changes.
