Job/career and education. HELP?

My ideal job would be an office job like you see in movies where you have your own area, you do paper work, or work on the computer. I'd like to know what this job would be considered. Like job title. I want to know how to get a job like this and where and what schooling or education is required. I'm currently working in the medical field but I'm just looking for something different. Plus I really wanna go back to school for some reason, I just don't know what this job would be considered. I mean you would probably need a business degree? But besides that I have no idea what steps to take to achieve this goal. So if ANYBODY has any helpful information please don't hesitate. There are so many different positions at the Corporate level that are what you describe. The easiest place for you to start would probably be sales...Account Executive positions at different firms are usually the starting point for most people. Marketing, MBA, Business Administration, Business Management (with a minor in Marketing)...things like that are good things to major in for these careers. What it needs to come down to is what you're interested in...are you interested in developing relationships and helping others find solutions? Are you interested in working in social media (companies have positions for people to handle their social media outlets)? Do you like analyzing or research? There are so many more factors that go into a job than just what you want the job space to look like that no one can properly give you an answer.
