why i am still thinking about him after 10 years?

I am a single woman, I am happy independent successful person. 2 months ago I saw on the Facebook the profile of my ex boyfriend, it was my choice to leave him, but I don't know why since I saw his pictures with his family i had many contradictory feelings.by seeing his wife and his children I was convinced that we weren't suitable for each other and that it was a good choice to leave him but I don't know why I am still keen to follow his status and read every comment he writes, we are not a FB friends and even he didn't know that I read his posts, and don't want him in my life but I like to follow him why I don't know. I am so sad I didn't regret anything but also, I don't know how to describe what I do ? do I still in love with him or just to remember the past??

You Are Not In Love With him.You are feeling vulnerable at the time because you don't have anyone in your life. Ask yourself if you there was a special person in your life right now would you be following him on FB No!. If you had a boyfriend, that special someone in your life and ran across your ex fb page you would probably hold up a peace sign and keep it moving.I believe your looking and seeing a person you once was involved with like wow now has a family kids living life and you wanting a loving family unit too. Becareful not to get consume with it, your mind will start playing tricks on you,which can cause depression don't follow him. You know what I notice the very thing that we sometimes struggle with at the time God is trying to bless you with. God may be wanting to do a new thing in your life with new relationships,new people,a new man. Testing you to see will you trust him enough to let go of the pass for the future.How can you recieve a gift (The Present)when your hands are already full of the pass. He has the 'family and children' - maybe it has made you think about your own situation deep from your subconcious eg not married, no children but a successful person in so many other ways.

The human being is surprising most of the time. Who can really say why after 10 years you felt like this; emotions being stirred I suspect.

I would cease looking at his facebook profile and put the matter to the back of your mind and concentrate on your own life who knows what is round the corner.
