I am a franchisee, I posted a complaint on my franchiser's facebook account, can I be sued for doing so?

They failed to delivery my stocks on their Friday schedule, hence I did not have sufficient stocks to sell the following day. No one from their office was answering my complaints that day, so I resorted to posting my complaint on their company's facebook account. Because of my post, they are now saying that my orders are for pick-up only and are refusing to deliver on-site. Can they do that? And even sue me for my Facebook post?

take post down, call and apologize
they are not going to pay 10 grand for a lawyer to sue you.

Not good at all! You should have private messaged them rather than post on their wall. Whether or not they can make you pick up orders is in your franchise agreement/contract. Depending on whether your post could cause them damage as far as sales etc will determine if they win a lawsuit. If this showed to public or other franchisees then yes it could cause damage.

I'm with Caren. Your actions were extremely childish and hard to believe you actually own anything, much less a franchise.

Grow up, act like an adult/business owner and stop acting like a spoiled brat by posting your garbage on the FB page. No need to delete the post - I can delete any post I choose from my FB page.

anyone can sue anyone else but if you are discussing facts, you are safe. IF they are not following the
franchise agreement on delivery, sue them for
breach of contract.

a; it is called inventory--rarely stocks
b; find out what inventory you sell well and SEEK another
supplier.

get back to me

I advise my clients to not buy franchises as a good

E and start a biz for less than 1/2 that of a franchise

happy year

Why would you do that?
It should be in your contracts if they can stop shipment.
I am sure in the future they may not want to deal with you and probably won't re sign your contract.

From one franchise owner to another, corporate can pretty much do what every they want. So watch your back.
I'm not sure if this is the right word but I think your post would be defamatory. .. Any ways you making them look bad on their public profile, yes they could sue you.
