Are rich/spoiled kids the worst?
Of course I am generalizing, and in theory, having money should be good, but I went to a college with tons of rich kids and they were awful. Many were very nice but lacked understanding of the world around them or how to rationalize out of dangerous situations.

My roommate- Would have sex with 20 guys in a semester and hide it from her parents. Was an alcoholic and doing drugs with random guys she met outside of clubs.

Guy I lost it to- Technically it was a sexual assault and he made fun of me to his friends after which is crazy. He is a drug dealer and would constantly tell me I have a "skewed sense of reality." His looks were degraded from alcohol/drugs and he was only a senior in college.

Girl on the side- Had a topless photo on Facebook and had unprotected sex with him. Has a large tattoo on her lower back talking about how smooth and earthy being naked is. I thought maybe she is a nice girl, but he told me she has had sex with more guys than girls he has in his life. I am sure she is well off but her behaviors were literally those of a prostitute.

Friends roommate- does every drug, never goes to class, failing out, majoring in something random

Like they are all so unmotivated?!

You don't know what rich is and you seem a little crazy.

They're not the worst but they sure never have to worry about anything, cause mommy and daddy will always have them covered..
Let me give you a example of worst...
A young college student, who is regarded as being smart, charming, attractive, with the whole political kingdom of Washington State at his feet who worked his way up from nothing decides to throw it all away and become a serial killer. He killed numerous young college age women throughout the 1970s, That man was named Ted Bundy. A American Icon, He was a cool dude that went the wrong way but still cool..

They are literally the worst.
PARIS HILTON SHOULD BE EXAMPLE NUMBER 1.
They think that they are gods, literally.
If you have money, good for you! But if you're a terrible person, you don't deserve it.

Literally, they belittle you when they don't even know first grade grammar and second grade math.

Most rich kids are bad, but not all. You can't categorize them all into one group.

One thing I've learned is that adversity actually builds character. If you never have to work for it, you get the idea the world owes it to you.

A hard life builds character if you overcome it.
A soft like creates a no need to overcome problems so adversity actually builds character.
So being rich can be a curse.

The rich kids your talking about grew up without strong values and respect for what their parents have worked for. I grew up in a wealthy family, but I only live with my dad since my parents are divorced. My dad provides me with everything including unnecessary luxuries, but he has always taught me to work hard and appreciate everything that I've been blessed with.

He never told me that I didn't have to work since I was "well off" or because I have a trust, and this humbled me. As a parent he is not obligated to provide for me anything once I'm an adult (I'm seventeen now), but he has blessed me with opportunities that I know other kids my age would kill for. I have the opportunity to go to a good private school, to go to university next semester without thinking about paying for it, and the opportunity to work for my dad after I graduate.

I'm thankful for everything I have, and I know that my dad has high expectations for me in the future. I'm terrified of letting go of the opportunities that have been given to me so I behave, go to school, and treat myself and my parents with respect. Think about it this way, money is like a vehicle to help you reach your goals, but if the driver is drunk then you obviously can't drive properly. (:
