Based on the fact that that web site domain name was created just 6 days ago, I have to suspect it's one more scam. That ?id=53317393 part could be your referral code being used to try to earn points.

I don't know that their related but these 2 sites share the same file server:

There are ways to get points for free. alot of people know about the microsoft points generate ,you can get for free using a generator. you can find the bot here mediafire(.)free-ms-points dot com
