No Need For Thigh. I'm sorry but a guy has never said "yo i want to dater her but she has no thigh gap" or a girl "shes pretty but she needs a thigh gap" ive never heard that ever been said. Anyway this girl at my school had a thigh gap and this guy kept teasing her yelling "close you legs...whore"

Frankly I wouldn't worry about a silly internet fad which as far as I can tell is just a thing of a certain subsection of young girls. Most people (including practically all guys as far as I can tell) won't even notice such a trivial thing, and will see far more in you than what shape one little part of your body looks like. There is far more to you than that. Don't worry about it and don't feel the need to compare yourself to others- it's not worth it. Also, don't take too much notice of *everything* you see or read on the internet- it really isn't worth it.

i have a thigh gap, i don't think it has an effect on my social life... + i don't post pictures of it on my instagram lol, seems kind of stupid =p
Also to the people saying they make you look too thin/unhealthy - they usually aren't even about how thin you are, unless you starve yourself. Girls, of any weight, mostly have one because of the bone structure of their hips. If you have wider hip bone structure/smaller waist then you'll probably have a thigh gap, if you're more boyish/rectangle shape then you won't.
