What is the best way to become less depressed on facebook?
Ok before we go into the the whole your a loner type thing stop, I have friends who I talk to in a regular basis, I have a bf that I love ( he doesn't do facebook) and I have 119 "friends". Usually the people I talk to or interact with are in person. Logically if fb makes me depressed why do I have one? Reason being family from Brazil they are important, recently I was invited to a wedding in Rio. My aunts in Sao Paulo dislike the family in Rio, so i must go to help maintain that relationship.

On facebook I never post any expect pretty intsagram pictures that are landscapes, and the last time I posted something was aug. When I go on facebook I feel that if I share anything about my life especaily with my Brazilian family I feel no one will accept me or worse they will gossip about my life. Now because of the wedding I have to use facebook to talk to relatives that ask too many questions about my life. I feel absolutely depressed when I see people that have way more success then I do. I am not in college , but I am taking course with high school that giving me the opportunity to take my EMR, and eventually take my EMT. The course that I am taking is amazing but no one will understand because its technically a course offered by a high school.

how do I survive this facebook nightmare?

RE: your fairweather FB friends, you might want to get a different FB account for your family. Use your Brazilian name and a different photo.
RE: your family, Just talk about the EMT course, use a lot of big words and they'll stop asking you about it.
