Someone taking Facebook personal messages?
If an individual logs onto my Facebook account and takes personal messages without my consent, is there any legal action I can take?

You can file a complaint with Facebook. If you don't like how they resolve the matter, you can demand a refund and take your business elsewhere.

It is impossible to "take" messages from facebook so you might want to rephrase that.
Why are you giving your password to people? This is on you. If someone is guessing your password, create a better password. If it's your parents accessing your account, oh well. |

Yeah, legally change your password and do not give it out to people.
