If you still have access to the account, then you should change the password right away and work to rebuild your account the way you want it. Then, report the hacking to facebook and let them take care of finding who did it.

If you do not have access to the account, then you need to contact facebook right away and get them to retake the account for you. You will be able to prove that you are the original account holder, and they will give back control of the account to you.

The important thing here is to let facebook know what happened right away. If the account was hacked, I'm guessing the hacker is using the account to do some bad things. If facebook finds out about those, they can delete your account if they think it is you and not a hacker doing it.

Let me guess you clicked one of the links that someone obviously posted as spam on your wall.Don't click them.There is a link to request your password have it sent to you and then change it.

change ur password and it should be okay!! it has happened to my profile as well... they write ads on ur friends wall and write stuff on ur status... def change ur password ASAP!!
