How may I get my music widely known without cheating?

I'm a really passionate Hip Hop artist. Everyday I'm either writing new music, or working on something that is involved in music. I'm just tired of working so hard and not being able to record any songs, so I don't receive any recognition from the work I'm putting into my craft. I've heard if U-views.com and so much more! But in my opinion things like these websites that automatically magically boost your views, and likes on YouTube are worthless. I just don't know how people can get joy out of things they didn't work for. I'm going to be getting a microphone, and a laptop so I may start getting into business with Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, and Sound Cloud. The question I'm asking is how can I get my music known without spamming on other artists pages, or paying for views and likes? Is there a way I can get it out there? Im going to start putting out mixtapes once I get to at least to a couple thousand views in YouTube and likes on Facebook.
