Facebook Privacy Settings?

I have my settings set to only friends can see my stuff, i went into privacy settings and set it to everyone. I made another facebook to check to see if it worked, and it didnt work, its still set to only friends, how do i make it so everyone can see it?

Anyways sometimes I forget to push save, go back on your Facebook and see If you hit save. Also if your under 18, Facebook still has privacy settings up so that you nor in danger of some C R E E P E R S. so that could be the issue. Or it could just take like 24hrs to load? Idk if all else fails, go to their help center.
