How can I stop caring about what my friends think of me?
I'm always thinking about how my friends feel about me. Sometimes I'm too sensitive about things they say and things they do. Like if my friend moves away from me or ignores me then I start to have mixed thoughts about if they don't or do like me anymore. I feel left out and stressed sometimes. I try to not care, but it's hard. Advice? Sad

Listen to music
Tell someone about your problem
Make other friends
Change your attatude torwards them - don't try not to care - just do it - don't care at all - keep telling yourself it aint true

Understand that we all different; we all have our own opinions, interests, etc. We are all unique.

I believe you need to build up your confidence. Have a look at this facebook page - https://www.facebook.com/pages/Build-You...27?fref=ts - it is brilliant. It helped me build up my confidence.

Why not try making new friends? You should not be feeling unhappy and stressed around your friends. Friends are there to help you and make you happy. By the way, I used to be like you, but i simply just grown out of it. Do not worry. Here is a quote i think you may like (It's a long one, sorry Tongue):

"Don't be afraid to speak up and speak your mind. You are unique and so is your thinking and you are entitled to voice your ideas and opinions. Other people may not agree or even like what you have to say but that doesn't mean you shouldn't think your thoughts or speak your mind and it doesn't mean that you are wrong, it means that you are different/unique but here is the thing - we are all different, nobody is the same and nor should we be. Don’t hide from it. Embrace it. In fact the one thing that every single person on this planet has in common is that we are all different. Peace and Love to you all and go forth and be yourself"
