How to share youtube links to facebook app on iphone?

Basicaly i want to share youtube videos on to my fcebook from my facebook app on iphone
But i want it to show the thumbnail
I can do it so it just puts it on my status but i want it to be as a link and i want it to show the thumbnail of the video?
Could someone helps please
And also my iphone is jailbroken so if there is a tweek/ mod for it could you tell me the name please thank you

You go to http://www.youtube.com and there you press on the right corner and then you chose Facebook and that's how you can do it.

i dont think you can do it from the iphone unless there is a copy and paste feature on there if there is a copy and paste feature copy the youtube link and than go to facebook and on the status paste it and your done
