If you're connected through Google or Facebook, you're stuck. Same happened to me. So, I tried disconnecting my account with Facebook and it keeps saying something went wrong, or as in other words, you can't do it because you can't.

It's crazy how Yahoo works. I would highly recommend not getting or using Yahoo.

Here's how to close your Yahoo account. You must be able to login in to any account you wish to close.
