What does it mean when a girl stops messaging you?

I was talking to my former crush (I confessed my feelings to her a while back and she said that it was sweet if me and that we should keep in touch). We were having a nice conversation on Facebook. The problem was that sometimes she would take 2-3 days to respond. So now I messaged her back and she hasn't messaged me back. It says that she has seen the message. What does this mean? What do I do now? I'm afraid she won't message me back

The girl might be busy and can not come online on Facebook all the time that is why she is responding late.
Maybe she is thinking about what to say to you after you confessed your feelings and she is thinking wether to say yes or no so give her a time and do not push her.

ok well first of all back of a little. shes got a personal life too outside of facebook messages. if you just want to be friends you should tell her that. if she said it was cute or sweet that you like her she thinks less of you like if she was a junior and your a freshman. its sweet but she isnt interested. just be like "hey. we havent talked in a while! whats been up lately" nothing too desperate but kindof just nudge her a little that she hasnt responded. thats all ive got! good luck!

Sorry to say, but shes not interested in you. She probably likes you as a person and didn't want to hurt your feelings but she also doesnt want to lead you on either so shes not answering right away. I wouldn't say anything about liking her again, just have a casual conversation if you want but start looking for a new girl because theres one out there right now who likes you

I dont think she liked you as like a crush, maybe as friends tho. when she stopped txting you it probs means that she has lost interest or something. Sorry.
