You do not currently nor will you ever have to pay $15 or even 15 cents per month for Facebook. Facebook makes enough money off advertisements and apps that they will never need to charge users for their basic service. The only thing that IS true is that most of the groups on Facebook that "protest" this alleged upcoming event are just ploys to lead people to virus-filled survey sites.
