how do i disconnect ask fm from email?

i made an ask.fm account and it linked to facebook, i dont like the link it had so i wanted to delete the account and make a new one. i disconnected it from facebook and deactivated the account. now when i tried to make the new account it says that there is already an account linked to that email adress.

all i want is to make a new account that i can have linked to facebook that uses the email address i made the last one with
