Making a Facebook page for a storage facility?

We just opened this past May so we are really new and nobody really knows about us or where we are. I got the OK from my manager to do a Facebook page while she tries to get an actual website going. What are somethings I could do to promote? What to do to the page to make it more popular and fun? I know this isn't a kids hangout or anything but I would like it to seem interesting.

Tough ask!

You could engage friends in FaceBook games, with little prizes.
I recently received a coffee voucher at a local cafe from a random real estate agent.
While I'm not in the market to buy or sell - it's great pr for the company.

Have all the staff on the profile and get them to invite all their friends.
The more activity your page sees the more people will remember the business.
