HOWEVER, a) you will have to deal with advertisements, and b) only others with PageRage installed can actually see the layout. Also, some have been noticing difficulty when uninstalling this application.

I would recommend http://www.pagerage.com too for facebook layouts. You can choose to create your own or select from a huge library of premade layouts. The plugin is not hard to uninstall, I just think people do not follow directions correctly. I have not had any issues with the app and I've been using it for about two months now.
