Trying to pick her up through Instagram?

This girl that lives in a town next too me I've been into for a while, only problem is, the only form of contact I have on her is through instagram & nobody knows her personally so I can't ask someone about her. How do I go about it I followed her she followed back but what I do I say? I don't want to look like a weirdo but I want to get to know her lol.

Comment on a picture telling her how beautiful she looks and/or just make an interesting comment if she posts a picture of something other than herself. Either way you should be able to strike up a conversation over the comments. I don't suggest asking her immediately because that could come off creepy, but after doing this a few times have her text you and go from there. Or considering she has an instagram, she probably has Facebook or twitter. Find her on there and talk to her

Contact her and say "hi" and mention something you two have in common (to start a conversation)...use your people skills...
