How to figure out your instagram's email?

I'm not able to log into my Instagram because one day it randomly signed me out saying I need to change it. Unfortunately, I don't have a Facebook & I don't remember the email I used as it's just a random email I made for Instagram. If I knew the user I would definitely know the password

I hope you guys can help, I've emailed Instagram twice and it's been two weeks with no reply! If not, do you think Instagram could help me? On the "help" on instagram's page, it says they are unable to help if you made a fake/mistyped email, but don't mention being able to tell you the email.
